the market and we keep updating our infrastructure facilities as
and when required. Apart from preventive maintenance of the
machines at regular schedules, we also carryout Machine
Capability Tests at routine intervals to insure consistency in
production.

HEAT TREATMENT SHOP ...
The
company has in-house Heat treatment facility set up for heat
treatment of spring steel items and non ferrous metal items. Our
Heat treatment facility includes:
- Shaker hearth furnaces for through Hardening of ferrous
components
- Tempering furnaces
- Continues mesh belt type annealing furnace equipped with
exothermic gas
generator for bright annealing of gaskets ,sealing washers &
similar items
made out of copper or other non - ferrous metals.

Our
grinding shop is equipped with :-

The company extends it’s inspection services with following

- Flatness and bend checking gauges and comparator.

SHOP...
 M.D. Industries is committed to provide
excellent products and
prompt service in the industry. We are ready to produce your
requirement of any type and in any quantities. Regular
maintenance of machines is also carried out to provide
uninterrupted supplies to customers. We are equipped with high
quality presses ranging from 10 ton to 200 ton capacity.
TOOL ROOM...
MD Industries has got well equipped Die making facility and
produces the fastest turn around from receipt of drawings to the
final development of any type of components in range. The Tool room is well supported by our Engineering & Die
Design section.
