Large Discs are stamped out of variety of material such as Low Carbon Steel, Medium Carbon Steel & Spring Steel. These are heat treated and then ground to require parameters of thickness, parallelism & Flatness.Max Disc size = 200 mm Outside dia x 6.00 mm thickness.
