Continuous Improvement process has always been a core philosophy at M D Industries which has lead to implementation of activities such as TPM, SMED, 5S & KANBAN system. Our Stamping & Grinding divisions are based on the concept of lean manufacturing and our plant OEE for the year 2012 is @ 80%. Our inspection facilities consist of visual inspection systems and optical sorter, eddy current systems & magna flux crack detection systems. Our GD&T inspection devices consist of Profile Projector, Micro Vickers Hardness Tester,Roughness Testers & Roundness tester to name a few. |
